Advanced Photography Course |

This six-week photography course follows on from the beginner/ intermediate course. It covers a number of subjects to a more advanced level.  | This course is suitable for students who have already taken the six week beginner/intermediate course or anyone who has a reasonable level of understanding and experience of photographic technique. If you are unsure whether this course is the right level for you, please read though the beginner/intermediate course pages as well. |
The subjects covered during the six weeks are : Shooting digital panoramics, Shooting available light portraits,Advanced portrait posing, Posing groups, Studio lighting set-ups,Location portraits (using available light, reflectors, fill-flash),Painting with light technique, Still-life set-ups, Exposure latitude,Integrated exposure readings and high dynamic range technique. Each week a number of subjects are covered.At the end of each lesson, a photo project will be set. The assignment is not compulsory; however, because photography is a practical subject, the practical projects are very useful. Time at the end of each lesson will be allocated to assess everyone's photographs. | |

The lessons are classroom-based with practical elements such as setting up studio lights, still-life set-ups and painting with light techniques. | |
