London Photography Course This full-day London photography course is ideal for photographers who prefer a more urban environment to learn new photography techniques. The south bank of the Thames is one of my favourite parts of London as it offers a wide variety of subjects upon which students can hone their camera skills. Whether you are an avid digital photographer or prefer to stick with a film camera, this course has something to offer all photographers. | The workshop normally starts from St Paul's Cathedral. From here we cross the Millennium bridge (great views of St Paul's) to the south bank of the Thames. The rest of the day is then spent photographing many great subjects such as the houses of Parliament, The London Eye, H.M.S. Belfast and Tower Bridge. There are often many street entertainers along the South Bank. They make great subjects for that "human interest" image. Although the walking involved during this workshop is of a fairly gentle nature a reasonable level of fitness is required. |
The number of students on the London photography course is limited to a maximum of five. This means that I can teach a group of mixed ability photographers, from beginners onwards. The subjects covered will be of a similar nature for each individual but tailored to each persons level of experience. Dates for 2012:Sat. 4th Feb., (fully-booked) Sat. 17th March, (fully-booked)Sat. 16th June, Sat. 4th AugustSat. 17th November | |

The cost of the course is £75.00 per person. This price includes a full set of illustrated and detailed notes to remind you of the main subjects covered thoughout the workshop.
