1 Day Classroom Location Course PDF Print E-mail

This full-day course combines a morning in the classroom covering subjects such as camera controls, correct focus, the relationship between shutter speed and aperture, correct exposure to the more creative subjects including composition, use of colour and light and the creative use of depth of field.

Date for 2010:  Saturday 29th May 2010

The venue for the classroom section of the course is the Champions Manor Hall, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. The start time is 9 am. The date for the next full-day course is yet to be arranged.

Lunch is between 12pm and 1pm. You will need to supply your own  packed lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided during the morning.

The afternoon is spent on location at a local nature reserve. Normally Danbury Common or Pickets Lock on the river Chelmer. This gives you the chance to put into practice everything covered during the theory lesson in the classroom. Transport is provided to and from the afternoon location.

The course is limited to a maximum of five people. This means I can tailor the learning experience to each individual. You can learn in a relaxed atmosphere at your own pace.

The cost of this course is £95.00 inclusive per person.
